There are so many recipes for smoothies around but still my friends asked me if I can post some on my blog. I love fruit smoothies but they contain to much sugar to drink them every day. I tried some smoothies in London, in smoothie bar and my favourite is the beet smoothie. This is a brain boosting smoothie also packed with anti oxidants AND anti inflammatory benefits. My husband says it taste heathy 🙂
1 raw beet
200 ml almond or rice milk
1 cm of ginger
handful of red berries
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
