Go green on toast

Go green on toast

No cooking required but still incredibly healthy. Simply puree some healthy green veg and spread them on toast. Our favourites are: (for one toast)

  1. Avocado and lemon : half of avocado plus few drops of lemon. Smashed avocado with fork and add some lemon. I always use sourdough bread with a bit of butter on top and toast it and oven for extra yumminess 😉
  2. Green peas and mint: handful of cooked peas pureed with couple of mint leaves.
  3. Avocado and egg. Half of avocado smashed with fork together with hard boiled egg and pinch of fresh chive.
