Cucumber and avocado smoothie

This cocktail is for me the perfect option for the summer. It is cool and refreshing while still filling and can also serve as a meal.

Ingredients

1 long cucumber
1 ripe avocado
1 small clove of garlic
750 ml buttermilk
1/2 pack of large Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Twig of dill
Salt, pepper – to taste

Preparation

1. Clean the cucumber, peel the skin and grate. Garlic squeeze through press. Avocado peel from the skin and roughtly puree with fork.Cut the dill.
2. Combine all ingredients and place in blender. Blend to receive smooth consistence.
3. Drink chilled or add a few ice cubes while grinding and it will be ready right away.
